This may be the reason why it is often said that BARF is bad for the kidneys: because the dog is fed too little fat. If a diet is actually necessary, the total amount of food should be reduced. You can supplement the menus with pure beef fat, goose fat or a little piece of good butter.

As EM, a daily salmon oil as a source of omega-3 fatty acids, freshly added to the menu. And as a source of iodine, seaweed meal 2 - 3 times a week. To ensure the vitamin D supply, please feed sea fish, e.g. salmon, mackerel or sprats, 2 - 3 times a week, or give cod liver oil 2 - 3 times a week via the menu.
